Help your team use AI well. Support your people when roles change.
urfired.ai helps employers, managers, and teams put AI to work responsibly: practical literacy training, workflow improvement, and career-recovery support for employees who are moving on. The employer program is early and we work with a small number of teams directly. Tell us what you need through the inquiry form and a real person will follow up.
Practical, not hype
Training built around the work your team actually does, using tools they already have access to. No demos of things nobody will use, no vendor pitch dressed up as education.
Responsible by default
Every engagement covers data handling, disclosure, and where AI should not be used. Your team learns the limits of these tools as clearly as the capabilities.
For the whole team
Managers, individual contributors, and non-technical staff each get material pitched at their role. Nobody needs a technical background to keep up.
Focused on real workflows
We start from your team's recurring work and improve it, rather than teaching abstract prompting tricks that fade a week after the session.
What we help teams with
AI literacy training
Hands-on sessions that teach your team what current AI tools can and cannot do, how to use them safely in daily work, and how to judge the output. Grounded in your team's actual tasks, not generic examples.
AI workflow mapping
We work with your team to map recurring work, identify where AI genuinely helps, and flag where it does not. You leave with a concrete picture of which workflows to change and which to leave alone.
Manager AI literacy
Managers learn how to set expectations for AI use on their teams, review AI-assisted work, and answer the questions their reports are already asking. Managing AI use is now part of managing people.
Responsible-AI policy starter
A plain-language starting point for your internal AI policy: acceptable use, data handling, disclosure, and review. A foundation your team will actually read, meant to be adapted with your own counsel, not a legal document.
Team upskilling paths
Structured learning paths that take a team from uneven, ad hoc AI use to a shared baseline, with role-relevant practice along the way. Built on the same course system urfired.ai runs for individuals.
Workforce transition support
When you have to let people go, give them more than a severance letter. Departing employees get access to urfired.ai's career-recovery courses: the first days after a layoff, telling their story, rebuilding their resume and LinkedIn, and running the job search as a system.
Common questions
Is this live today?
The employer program is in early access. urfired.ai's career-recovery courses are live for individuals, and we are building the team offering with a small number of employers directly. There is no self-serve corporate product yet. Send an inquiry through the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can help with what you need.
What does it cost?
There is no published team pricing yet. Each engagement is scoped to the team, so tell us your team size, what you are trying to improve, and any timeline. We will come back with a specific proposal or a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
Can you support employees we are laying off?
Yes. Workforce transition support gives departing employees access to urfired.ai's career-recovery courses, covering the first days after the news, how to talk about what happened, resume and LinkedIn rebuilds, and a daily job-search system. It is a concrete way to treat people well on the way out.
Does our team need to be technical or already using AI?
No. The training assumes no technical background and meets your team wherever they are, whether that is skeptical and untouched or enthusiastic and unstructured. Uneven adoption across a team is the most common starting point we see.
