Privacy Policy

urfired.ai is operated by URF, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us. Questions or requests: urfiredai@gmail.com.

When you submit a form (assessment save, newsletter, Pro early access, or a Teams inquiry) we collect the details you provide: your email, and where you provide them, your name, company, team size, and any message. A Teams inquiry also records the team-size range you select.

When you complete the readiness assessment and choose to save your plan, we store your score, tier, role signals, and recommended course so we can shape a roadmap for your level.

If you create a free account we collect your email address, your name, and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash (scrypt) in our application's data store; we never store or log it in plain text.

With each submission we record the page you submitted from and a timestamp. We do not collect payment information, because checkout is not yet open.

Signed out, your saved courses, assessment result, and lesson progress are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, unless you submit them through a form. Clearing your browser data or using the in-app "Clear device data" control removes them.

When you sign in to a free account, your learning progress syncs to that account in our data store so it can follow you across devices. You can delete it at any time: deleting your account from Settings removes the account and the learning progress stored with it.

Messages you send to the on-site AI coach are transmitted to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or medical information to the coach. Its responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate; treat them as a starting point, not professional advice.

We use what you submit to respond to you, to send the product updates or early-access notice you asked for, and to set up a team when you request it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We currently run no third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

We set no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. If you sign in, an httpOnly session cookie (a signed token) keeps you signed in; that is its only purpose, and signing out removes it.

If you have an account, you can delete it yourself from Settings; that removes the account and the learning progress synced to it.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time. To access, correct, or delete any other information we hold about you, email urfiredai@gmail.com and we will act on your request.

urfired.ai is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
