Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of urfired.ai, operated by URF, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

urfired.ai provides a career-readiness assessment, career-comeback courses and lessons, templates and scripts, AI-skills learning paths, a tools directory, and an AI coach. It is an educational and informational service.

We do not guarantee any specific result, including employment, a promotion, a raise, or protection from layoffs. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, or career advice. Decisions you make based on the site are your own.

The assessment and the Free tier require no payment. Pro ($49.99/month) and Premium ($99.99/month) are monthly subscriptions. Checkout is opening soon; until it does, nothing is charged and no plan is active.

When checkout is live, paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account or the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account returns to Free.

We may change prices with notice; any change applies to your next billing period, not the current one. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

The AI coach and AI-workflow content generate guidance with third-party AI models. Output may be incomplete or wrong, and it is guidance and workflow support, not professional advice. Verify anything important independently, and take employment, severance, benefits, tax, legal, and significant financial decisions to a qualified professional.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to it or its APIs, and no unlawful use. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

The site's content, curricula, and design are owned by URF, LLC and provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. Deliverables you create while completing lessons are yours.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
